There are dozens of these ‘deal-a-day’ websites across the country promoting unique offers. Some of these include Groupon, Living Social, Buy With Me and Scoop Street.

Given these sites promote one daily deal per city, we figured it might be nice for you to be able to get ALL the amazing offers in one email rather than five (or ten)!

Are These Offers Time Sensitive?

Do I need to use my Flock the same day I buy it?

No. Many Flocks have an expiration date, but you never have to use them on the date of purchase. We try and make sure the vouchers are valid for at least one year after purchase. However, some deals may have shorter expiration dates and we will make sure you are aware!

OK, so I found a deal I want to ‘Flock’ to, how do I use it?

Once you’re charged, you’ll receive an email with a link to sign in and print your Flock. This email will have redemption instructions and all relevant information within!

Can I buy a Flock as a gift for someone else?

If I don’t use the full value of the Flock deal in one visit, can I use the remainder later?

No. Unless otherwise stated you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don’t use.

Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.

Can I return a Flock?

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Within the limits of reason, we’ll do what it takes to make you happy. Unless there is something wrong with the purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds after one week from the purchase date.

What if the business for my Flock closes down?

If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your Flock, we’ll make sure you get your money back.

Can I refer as many people as I want?
